Founding Engineer
- Prorouting is the Buyer-side platform on the ONDC Network, serving enterprise clients including BigBasket, Zepto, Instamart, Apollo 24|7, TATA 1MG, and Rebel Foods across Bangalore and Hyderabad. Orders are routed to logistics companies (Ola, Loadshare, etc.) for fulfilment.
- I lead the build of Prosquad, which operates as a logistics company on the network, receiving orders from Prorouting and fulfilling them via a managed pool of smaller logistics providers. Peak day: 1,000 orders across 80 riders.
- Built: the Order Management System(OMS) APIs, the rider Android app, the operations dashboard the logistics partners run on, and a rider-app SDK for integrating prosquad with logistics companies that already have their own app.
- Distribution: the SDK is integrated by EV companies including Bounce and Bijliride; 5+ whitelabelled Prosquad apps are deployed to logistics partners, generated from a single base via a config-driven build pipeline.

- Built a multi-stage pipeline (OpenCV preprocessing → AWS Textract OCR → LLM cleanup → accounting-rule checks → HITL review for failures) that cut invoice processing time by 80%.
- Invoices that failed the accounting checks were sent to a HITL dashboard with the offending cell flagged for review.
